More About Me

Sandy Figueroa-Vivero fell in love with St. Augustine 23
years ago, when visiting her family. “People are friendly; they waive, smile,
or say hello so nobody is a stranger.”
Sandy was taken by the local people, the architecture, and the beautiful
sandy beaches in St. Augustine. These are a few of the many things which
reminded her of her own places of origin, Spain and Puerto Rico; she knew back
then that the Oldest City in America would become her Home!

At the time, she lived in Gainesville, FL with her three
young children. While being a mom, she volunteered at school events, sports and
church, supporting the kids. It was then that Sandy
finished her Building Construction Management Degree, immersing herself more in
depth on the process of building houses. Her solid background in construction
management, 4 years toward her civil engineering degree, and 12 years' experience in Customer Care were a great match for her people skills. This
match created an easy connection for Sandy to understand and support the needs
of others. Ultimately, this experience culminated in her making real estate an
attractive and ideal career.

Sandy’s children flew the out of the nest early and
moving to St. Augustine became her dream come true. She
is blessed to be a REALTOR®- Sales Associate with CENTURY 21 St. Augustine
Properties. Sandy smiles as she remembers her love for
people and arduous work
, and she is inspired by her family as they pass on
to her and her siblings the greatest example of what is to:  love, serve, and dedicate their lives to
others. She learned, incredibly
early
in life, the importance of work ethics and making a difference in
people’s lives by supplying honesty and dedication
in everything she does. “My relationships with people are paramount in
everything I do, whether personal or business. I've learned never to give up in
serving others.”

She remembered fondly how her mother would drive her and
her siblings around different neighborhoods, looking at the beautiful houses,
big or small, and she taught her the rewards of coupling architecture with
functionality. “The property needs to work for the owner and not the other way around.”
It is important to always listen to the customer’s specific needs, whether they
are looking for a residence, land, or a commercial or investment property.”

 Sandy walks the
extra mile for her customers by providing educated
